Programme Overview

Offered by XLRI Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, jointly with XLEAD, the AI-LEAD™: Strategic Organizational Leadership for AI Era is a 10-month (120-hour) executive leadership programme designed for tech, strategy, HR leaders and entrepreneurs responsible for organisational transformation.

As artificial intelligence reshapes decision-making, leaders must move beyond basic technology awareness to develop AI transformation leadership skills rooted in sound judgment, strong governance, and system-level integration. This leadership development course responds to this need by guiding participants through the development of personal adaptive capacity, strengthening strategic clarity on AI, enabling organisational redesign, and preparing leaders to lead AI implementation teams. The programme also embeds ethics, culture, and long-term resilience to ensure responsible and sustainable organisation transformation.

Recognising that AI transformation succeeds only when people, systems, and technology evolve together, this programme integrates conceptual, experiential, reflective and social learning. Participants engage with real organisational challenges, industry perspectives, and applied design labs, culminating in a capstone presentation of integrated people–systems–AI strategies grounded in their own business contexts.
